Hereafter, our technical team stays in contact with the client for changes or updates. A testing platform is allocated for each ongoing project where the work is continuously uploaded where client can also check the progress of his/her project(s).The client can communicate with the project coordinator, project manager thus a two way communication channel is established with the client and project team, which ensures that the work is uploaded, feedbacks received and the required action taken promptly.

Requirement Study

The Business Analyst (BA) closely studies the client requirements and transforms it into a Project Scope Document and Work-load Estimation with a highly skilled Internet Strategist.

Project Initiation

After approval of the project scope , a team is assigned to the project with a head 'Project coordinator' and project objectives are explained, Project coordinator always stays in contact with the client and ensures the client’s requirements met at every step. The entire development team brainstorms for engineering the best possible solution within the project scope and constraints and client is updated about the project status regularly.

Prototype

Our team designs template and after peer and client review ,once the design is finalized, we HTMLize the solution into a prototype.

Beta

Daily updates are uploaded at our test servers and is tested by our internal QA team before updating to the client. The solution is tested rigorously at every milestone. The user manual is created if required and then the client is intimated. Then, if required the bugs are fixed and the client is given training of the solution.

Project Closure

The Project Manager ensures completion of all deliverables.The client acceptance is taken with a final project sign-off.
